[ Then to the couch or an armchair with him. And he sighs as he does, keeping himself open-palmed ]

[He nods, and he tries to grip Masaomi's arm to try to feel for the glass through earbending.]

I don't think I feel anything. Or can feel anything... Toph would be better at this.

Yeah, I bet she could. Shame she's not around.

[ He says this a little sheepishly. He could be wrong though . . . ]

She is here again and little again too! Just not... here-here. [He says a little meekly. Might as well go ahead in trying out Nala.]

Oh, she's... huh.

[ That... makes him get lost in thought. That's insane, actually

Y-yeah. [He goes on quietly.] Nala.

And Zuko, too. It was really weird. They both showed up just a few days ago... but they're years apart from each other. Time just keeps getting more conusing around here.

Eeesh, you guys have no luck for it. So is Zuko-kun the same age I know him as?

[ From back then? He's not sure. But Toph is small, huh? ]

Now he's from a year later than last time, so... he's older. He's even later in time than me.

So... probably close to the same, that's good. [ He sighs though ] It'll be weird to have a young Toph-chan like that, though...

Only a little. She's just a few days later then the last time she was here. [He got used to having a younger Toph then, although having an older Zuko around along with everyone else remaining getting older does kind of highlight the difference more.]

Still, that's got to be awkward for her. [ Anyway he'll just be waiting for Aang to give the go-ahead he's done looking at and/or healing up his hands. They do hurt, after all, but he's okay over here

Yeah. But we're trying our best to keep things comfortable.

[And Aang removes his hand.]

I think I did all that I can...

Okay, cool. [ Eh closes his hands at this, winces again, but now lowers them to rest them at his sides, relaxing him as he does. Hopefully there's no lasting damage there, Mia and Katara would let him have it. ... Assuming either still cares about him. God damn. Anyway- ]

So, Aang-kun. Thoughts about that Luceti Projects thing?

Oh! That - that alliance thing that Kakashi made? Well... I like the idea of all of us working together. As long as we can find lots of peaceful solutions. [Ever since the shift bomb, Aang's been a bit fearful about people escalating the warfare.]

[ Peaceful solutions.

But - ]

Mind if I ask you to talk in more detail, maybe we can sit and go over tea, see if anyone comes home? I'm seeking some outside opinions here.

Um... Sure! I can try to make some tea for you right away. What kind do you like?

Host's preference. I'm good for any type you feel like. I'm the one barging in.

It didn't feel like a barging! You were invited in. And you're kind of a patient! But I'll pick something out... [He rifles through a cabinet, with a selection of teas that's likely multiplied since Iroh's arrival.] Iroh always said jasmine is calming... Let's try some of that! [Aang's not too picky with his teas, aside from disliking ones that are too bitter.]

So even you need a calming agent sometimes, huh? [ He says this more a joke than anything else. And he makes sure that his hand feels at least a little secure before he then takes a seat to watch the thole thing play out. ]

I guess. I definitely don't need an energizing agent! [They all learned that lesson very well the one time that Earth Kingdom guy tried making him that one tea.

And so Aang starts to set it up and brew it.]
