Peeta? Hey! I can answer you right now if you want.

[painfully]

[There's a pause]

You work at the bakery, right?

[savedtheworld]

That's right! I've been doing my best to take care of it ever since my friend Rapunzel went home. [That's what he wanted to ask? He must want to eat a cake. That's gotta be it.]

[painfully]

[Peeta had already known the answer to that question, just like he already knows that he used to work at the bakery himself. The other him, that is. Still, Aang is the one who works there now, and he doesn't want to appear too presumptuous.]

Do you need any more workers? Or are you fully staffed?

Well... we can definitely use some more hands. The only other person working here is my friend Hinata.

[painfully]

I'd rather not... deal with people, as much as possible. But I grew up helping my parents in our bakery. I could help in the back, if you'd like.

I see. Any way you wanna help is fine by me.

Great. Do you need me to... I don't know, fill something out? Do an interview?

Not really! How about just one test: you've got to make a cake and the frosting has to make out the silliest face you can imagine.
