[The day is off to a normal start for Aang, starting with airbending practice. He also spends some of the morning using airbending to play around with the leaves on the front lawn of House 56.

After school, he then spends some time cooking at the bakery. He puts together a mix of cookies, cupcakes and some fruit pies of different flavors, and anyone can pop in while he's working on that. He leaves some at the bakery and takes the rest to the Welcome Center, where he sets them up as treats for visiting New Feathers. He spends some time lingering there to do what Welcome Center-ing work there is to be done. And before heading home for dinner, he takes Appa out for a ride flying in the air over Luceti.]

[While Aang's at the Welcome Center, he sets up a video. The treats he prepared are visible on a table in the background. Those who met him during the last experiment can probably pick up over the video that he now looks 15-ish rather than 12, although it's easier to tell the difference in person.]

Hello. How is everyone? It's Aang here, and I've got a few things I wanted to say. First of all, isn't it great that it's autumn now? That's like the best time of the year! Does anyone know any fun things you like to do in autumn? I'd like to try out all kinds of new things.

I... also wanted to say something about the way I was a few weeks ago. When I was littler again. I lied and told some of you I wasn't the Avatar, but I really am. I'm sorry about that. [He pauses for a moment.] Other than that... I left some treats out in the Welcome Center to help greet any New Feathers! If you have any questions about this place, one of us there will do our best to help you. I know lots of things can be confusing and unfamiliar in this place. Come to think of it... Is it just me, or is this New Feather cycle going on longer than usual?

Oh! Vegeta, it's you! Want some goodies?

[His eyebrow raises at the pink apron. Men in pink. He still doesn't get that.]

Yes, it's me. Tell me, how many of those pies do you have there.

Well I have five out right now, and I'm thinking of putting together another batch of them before I leave.

Good. [Pies will have to do. It's enough sweets for him as is, and he doesn't want to be a disgusting pig and stuff himself with chocolate or something.]

What flavor is that one? [He points over to one sitting out. He can't tell what it is, but he's probably...going to eat it in front of Aang.]

That one? You're lucky - it's plum! [Aang doesn't mind what gets eaten in front of him - he's used to bad table manners.]

Is it now? [He totally goes to grab it, standing there with it in his hands and...

He doesn't have a fork. He is not going to sit here and eat it with his hands like an uncouth slob.]

Ahem. [He is waiting for his fork.]

Something wrong?

Yes, in fact there is. [He looks down at the pie in question.] I seem to be lacking the last detail when it comes to this pie, Aang.

A... detail? I thought I told you everything you needed to know...

No, a fork, Aang. [Forehead vein pop.]

Oh, a fork? I didn't know you wanted one! [He smiles innocently as he grabs one and hands it to him.]

[He grumpily snatches it from Aang's hand. About time.]

Well, how else was I supposed to take a bite out of it? Slam it into my face like some kind of barbarian?

N-no. You could've just held it right in front of your mouth and then taken little chews...

Don't be ridiculous. Have you never seen a Saiyan eat before?

Nope! You should come over for dinner sometime, and your whole family too!

I don't think that's such a good idea. All three of the Saiyans in my family are here and only one of us is enough to eat you out of house and home. Hear me now.

Really? It sounds like all of you have big appetites. I wouldn't want to make Katara cook that much.

Let's just say it's more food than you've ever seen in one place before. Though I'm sure Bulma wouldn't mind someone else cooking for a change.

[Yes, feed them, if you dare...he might not go, or take his food and hide, because really this is just him trying to get out of being social. Screw that.]

Iiii... think I'll have to check that over with Katara. We'll have to think of other fun ways to have fun together!

[He smirks, because he totally got what he wanted and avoided coming over for dinner. It was too easy.]

Yes, that sounds fine, I'm sure we'll figure it out one day. [Not.] I don't know about you but I prefer to spend most of my time training, that's pretty fun I'd say. But again, I'm the kind of person who spends no less than twelve to fourteen hours there, if that's something you'd like.

[Something else he's counting on Aang not wanting to do. He is the most unfun person.]

Well, maybe I can join in for an hour or two of your training! And I bet I can make your training even more fun!

[Damn it, that didn't work out the way he wanted.]

Even in the maximum amount of gravity possible in the Battle Dome? I don't think you'd be able to even walk in there. You'd be stuck to the floor like it was flypaper.

Really? That sounds like fun!

Can you handle ten times Earth's normal gravity? I highly doubt it.

Nope, I never even tried it! But it sounds like a really neat challenge. We airbenders, we're supposed to laugh at gravity after all!
