Case 2: Down-to-Earth Logic [Written / Action]

Good evening, Luceti. Robin here. I've been investigating the cases of the missing day, lost possessions and misplaced people. No leads yet and no signs of any criminal activity, but I am ever vigilant, as is the original Robin. Even my own crimefighting gear went missing, and it turned up back at the item shop. Looks like people's possessions are "resetting" within this world, for unknown reasons.

I'm ready to mark this down as another case of Malnosso wrongdoing. Whatever went down yesterday, it must have been some battle. I didn't make it back to my own room... but thanks to the kind people at House 56 for giving me shelter.

[Aang has been AU'ed to the Teen Titans world, where he was taken in by Batman and raised as a second Robin. Here's some basic info. Just imagine he's wearing something more Robiny (keeping the headband/without tattoos). He does have a domino mask, but he's not wearing it, being open with his identity within Luceti.

You can run into "Robin" at any point of the night at one of many spots throughout the town, as he skulks around and tries to patrol unseen with varying degrees of success.]

[And then soulpatchsaomi was walking around own a little later than the day this post was posted. So it's a future dated action reply! Either way, he's calming walking through town with the light purpose of going to pick something up at the shops that night. The grocery, specifically- but sometime around when he passed by some of the shops around it... he comes into an awareness someone is skulking around.

Ah. Well, good to know. It is pretty quiet in these parts most of the time, isn't it?

Well, there's minimal strife, minimal war. There's soldiers and all sorts of other super people though, many of them as potent as a strong bender or sometimes even more. No, I'd have to say it's always exciting here.

Good point. It's just not exciting in the way I'm used to. Of course, a lack of outright crime is nothing to complain about. [He wasn't sure whether the boss would be (or apparently was) satisfied with this world, or just bored.]

It's really odd. ...But not unheard of. Coincidental similarities across different worlds... I'm sure there are other cases.

Heh. The other Robin told me he once even met some weird alternate version of himself that looked like some kind of weird cartoon. So many possibilities, huh?

I've never thought too hard about it, but that's true. With so many worlds out there, who's to say who doesn't look similar?

Exactly! I like your open-mindedness, compared to the other people I've met from your world. I mean, I feel bad about your Avatar going missing, and I'm trying to see if he's still in this world somewhere, but it's refreshing to not be accused of being someone I'm not.

Oh, no, no- I understand completely! I've been accused of being someone I'm not a few times already. It's very possible that we aren't these people or that other people are remembering things wrong.

[...A beat] ...I personally think your resemblance to our Aang is too uncanny to dismiss entirely though.

Fair enough. At least you're entertaining both possibilities. You're also having lookalike problems? Something weird is going on here, I know that much.

Yeah... something weird is really going on. Sokka doesn't remember me, Katara does [thank everything], but perhaps in place of meee... Sokka remembers someone named Winry being there. Meanwhile, I only knew a Winry from here. Not from our world at all.
