Thanks. It shouldn't be too hard to learn -- my house here used to have one before I was able to get it replaced, so I know what most of the dials do, I think. But...the recipes I learned didn't have anything to do with numbers for the temperatures, and I'm not really sure what number to use to get the right heat. It's easier to figure out with fire instead of something that keeps turning off partway through.

[She hasn't quite gotten that it turns off the heat temporarily when it gets to the right temperature.]
