Hey! It's the solstice today, right? Has anyone checked to see if that door in the tunnel opened by itself yet? In my experience, those kinds of things tend to happen on this day!

But, other than that? I'm really glad that it's winter! What are your favorite things to do in the snow and for the winter? I want to have as much fun as I can with the snow today, so let me know!

[And Mordecai the elf chimes in with a "Snowmen are my favorite!"]

[And so the fourteen year old monk spends a portion of the afternoon playing in the snow while following suggestions from his elf. Feel free to join him during light-hearted shenanigans. For most of them, he's even wearing a funny hoodie hat. And he'll also seek out Toph at some point to consult her on something. Or...

You can catch him while or after meditating. At a certain point of day, when the sun is in the right point in the sky (and his elf is taking a nap). Aang is practicing some type of deep, deep meditation. You might even think he's fallen asleep, with the goofy hoodie hat slumping off of his head. Until he opens his eyes, and...



glowing eyes. His elf is startled into awakeness and proceeds to hide.]

Uh... right! I was kinda hoping getting part of the foot would help the whole foot. Coming up with more ideas... is kinda hard...

Then I guess I'll stick with the pillow in the microwave for now.

[And so she pulls it out and starts to head toward the couch.]

Uh, s, sure. It's... cold. [He just awkwardly toes the white stuff surrounding him.]

I will! Especially since I don't have.. um.. firebending like you do. [ that hesitation is mostly there since she's wondering what firebending is even supposed to be.. ]

[Here he has to wave a hand.]

That's way too troublesome. Too many days dedicated to that sort of thing...

[But at this point, there's more of an intensity that's visible in his concentration. The blanket seems to have little effect. Something is happening, or beginning to happen...]

Are you sure it's hot enough? Maybe I can help! [He says, nervously producing a small flame in his hand.]

Great, Madoka! I can show you all kinds of cool tricks. Now I'm gonna jump out my window and look for you - find a real good hiding place!

It is! [He tries to look down towards Beast's feet curiously, the snow obscuring his view.] Do you have shoes?

Not enough if you ask me. Every day should like that!

[Aang chuckles.]

You big fuzzballs gotta learn to appreciate baths better. They make you nice and clean and comfy!

[The bantha snorts out a breath and grumbles more.]

He's right, Hamal. It's better for you to not have things in your coat. And smelling like you do won't win any contests.

[Aang picks his journal back up while half-dangling outside his first story window.]

[She rolls her eyes. She's been practicing the gesture. Hopefully she's doing it right.]

I want to keep it warm, not set it on fire, you block head.

[He follows the trail of her eyes and blinks.]

I'm not gonna set it on fire! Just gonna make sure it stays warm or gets warmer!

[He says as he eagerly holds the flame out towards the pillow.]

[She flops onto the couch, propping up her legs and setting the pillow beneath her feet.]

There's the statue, right there! [He points to the top of Sokka's head protruding from the snow.] The house is straight thataway.

Sure! I'll be real careful. [And he holds the flame carefully near the pillow.] How's it feel?

[Luke pulls up the mighty steed next to the house a moment later]

Sokka, huh? Another friend from home?

Huh? [He follow Aang's gaze.] Oh. N... no. I... c-can't... wear... any. [He gives a sheepish look. It sucks having wolf feet.]
